Meet Sepehr, the newest addition to our Export Team

We are pleased to welcome our new Area Sales Manager, Sepehr Khanmohammadi, to Alentec & Orion and our Export Team. With an international background that includes experience from the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Portugal and the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs, Sepehr brings valuable expertise and a strong interest in international relations to our team.

We asked him a few questions to get to know him a little better.

Tell us a bit about yourself and your background.

I grew up in Sandviken and moved to Umeå to study Business Administration with an international focus. During my studies, I spent a year in France, and after graduating, I worked at the Swedish Chamber of Commerce in Portugal. Most recently, I completed internships at the Swedish Dialogue Institute in Amman and at the Swedish Ministry for Foreign Affairs in Stockholm.

How would you describe yourself, and what motivates you?

I see myself as a curious and open-minded person with a strong interest in people, languages, and different cultures. I enjoy meaningful conversations and thrive in international environments. I consider myself calm and composed, while also performing well in fast-paced settings. My greatest motivation is helping people find solutions that improve their everyday lives.

What attracted you to Alentec & Orion?

I have always wanted to work in an international environment, and being surrounded by innovative technical products and solutions felt both inspiring and exciting. It also became clear to me that the company culture at Alentec & Orion is something special and something I wanted to be a part of.

What do you think is most important when building strong customer relationships?

To build strong customer relationships, it is essential to be attentive and able to put yourself in the customer’s shoes, combined with a service-minded attitude. The most important thing in any customer interaction is to listen carefully and build a relationship based on mutual trust.

What do you enjoy doing in your free time?

In my free time, I enjoy reading short stories and literature, watching films, and staying active through sports. Table tennis, football, and running are some of my biggest interests. I also enjoy travelling and discovering new places whenever I get the chance, but I equally appreciate spending time with family and friends over good food and meaningful conversations.
